

Phaeton Consulting was formed in 2004 by former Nacro employees with over 20 years practical experience in Designing out Crime, Community Safety and Business Management. All of our consultants are hand chosen by the Directors and hold a relevant qualification in their expertise as well as practical experience.
Project Team
A project team will be appointed by us and agreed with the client, with one of its Directors as a client liaison manager to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the contract.
Quality Standards
We are committed to providing a personalised quality assured system for each contract it delivers. We have an internal project management system, which include monitoring and final evaluation tools to ensure continued quality deliver and customer satisfaction. We only use consultants with a recognised training qualification to deliver our training contracts. We operate a three-tier complaints policy, which is provided to all clients at the beginning of all contracts.
